  1. Shipping Policy for daVinci Print:

    At daVinci Print, we are committed to providing efficient and reliable shipping services for our customers. Please take note of our shipping policy, particularly in regards to next day delivery.

    *Next Day Delivery:

    Next day delivery is available within Lethbridge city limits for eligible orders. It's important to note that this service is subject to weather conditions. While we strive to meet our delivery commitments, adverse weather conditions may impact the transportation and delivery of packages. In the event of severe weather, there may be delays, and we appreciate your understanding in such circumstances.

    Order Processing:

    Orders placed before our daily cutoff time will be processed on the same day. Orders received after the cutoff time will be processed on the next business day. The cutoff time for next day delivery orders may vary, so please refer to our website or contact our customer service for the most accurate information.

    Delivery Confirmation:

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

    Address Accuracy:

    Please ensure that the shipping address provided during the checkout process is accurate and complete. Inaccurate addresses may result in delivery delays or unsuccessful deliveries.

  2. Order Approval: Please be advised that the responsibility for reviewing and approving the final proof before printing rests solely with the customer. It is crucial that you carefully check the layout, text, images, and overall design for any errors or discrepancies. Once you have given your approval, the printing process will commence, and any errors identified thereafter will be deemed the responsibility of the customer.  This includes, but is not limited to, mistakes in spelling, grammar, punctuation, graphics, font integrity, color accuracy, alignment, and layout. We strongly encourage a thorough review of all materials to ensure accuracy according to your expectations.  Please note that daVinci Print will not be liable for any errors, omissions, or issues that are present in the final approved proof, including those that may not have been evident during the review process. By proceeding to approve the final proof, you accept full responsibility for any corrections, alterations, or reprinting costs that may arise post-approval.  It is our priority to deliver a product that meets your satisfaction, and we rely on your diligent review to make this possible. Your final approval signifies that you have reviewed all aspects of the proof and accept it as is for printing.
  3. Indemnity:  By using our printing services, the user acknowledges and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DaVinci Print and all affiliates from any claims, damages, costs, and liabilities arising from or related to any alleged copyright infringement resulting from the use of copyrighted materials in connection with our printing services. The user agrees to take full responsibility for obtaining proper licenses, permissions, or authorizations for any copyrighted materials used in connection with our printing services. DaVinci Print and all affiliates does not assume any liability for any copyright infringement resulting from the user's actions or use of our print services.
  4. Governing Law:  This website is operated from within the province of Alberta, Canada. As such, the governing law for any and all matters related to or arising from the use of this website shall be the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada. By accessing and using this website, users agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to this website shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Users of this website are responsible for compliance with all local laws from their jurisdiction when accessing the website.

  5. Limitation of Liability for daVinci Print:  Please read this Limitation of Liability carefully as it affects your rights. By utilizing the services or products provided by daVinci Print, you acknowledge and agree that daVinci Print, including its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and suppliers, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if daVinci Print has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:

    1. The use or the inability to use the service or products provided;
    2. The cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information, or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service;
    3. Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
    4. Statements or conduct of any third party on the service;
    5. Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the materials on our service, including but not limited to typographical errors, misprints, or oversight;
    6. Any shipping or handling damages or losses during the delivery process;
    7. Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

    Furthermore, you specifically acknowledge that daVinci Print shall not be liable for user submissions or the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party and that the risk of harm or damage from the foregoing rests entirely with you. This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction and survives any termination or expiration of this agreement or your use of daVinci Print or the services or products provided. daVinci Print does not disclaim liability for any damages arising from its own fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Your use of daVinci Print's services and products is at your sole risk. The services and products are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

  6. Returns & Refunds:  Because each order is tailored to the customer and cannot be resold, all sales are considered final. If we confirm an error on our part, we will either reprint the order or provide a credit or refund as appropriate. Customers are required to inform daVinci Print within 10 business days of receiving their order if any defects are discovered; otherwise, they are deemed satisfied with the product. The printed material may be have to be returned before issuing a reprint, credit, or refund.

    Credit Card Information Policy

    At daVinci Print, we prioritize the security and privacy of our customers' financial information. Therefore, we do not retain or store credit card information on file under any circumstances.
